I have worked with SoundTel over several decades for services ranging from technology upgrades to office relocations requiring new equipment to satisfy my telecommunications needs from hardware to voicemail systems to shopping for the best provider for corporate voice & data services. They have always been professional & knowledgeable.

I have been a small, but good customer of SoundTel for several years. I bought a small phone system from them about four years ago. Last December it failed and I bought a replacement system. This March, when the system was 4 months old, it too appeared to fail. A service repcame out and was here for 15 minutes and found that the back-up battery was unplugged. He plugged it in and left with the system working. That was a Friday. On Monday, the system wasn't working again. The service guy came out again and replaced the battery and it has worked fine since. I was subsequently billed for two service calls (minimum $100 per hour) two travel costs ($30 each) and the battery.... read full review
