I had to board my cat due to my apartment needing emergency maintenance. The staff were all very nice and responsive. I appreciated them emailing me with an update and photos of my cat. We were also allowed to visit her during her stay. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to other cat owners!
Friendly staff, was out of town for 6 days and they sent prompt email responses whenever I asked for updates on my guys, including pictures. It felt like a very stress-free affair, in total.
Took my 3 kitties here for 9 days in May for the 1st time. They had a private room for the 3 of them, with a view outside and into the lobby. They were well taken care of and the price was totally reasonable. Am already using again, to help while we move.
