5*s all around. The showroom was comprehensive and the service from Darice Randazzowas exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend ProSource and Darice and I look forward to working with them again on a future project.

We have used ProSource over the last couple of years for carpeting, floor and shower tile, and fireplace stacked stone. We were initially diyers and then with a contractor who we found through a Prosource recommendation. It was really great to go to their showroom to look at options, even taking home samples to see the choices where they will be installed. We did all the research on the products and brands so didn't use them for help figuring out the tiles or flooring. They were always very prompt when we checked in on delivery status and the warehouse was super helpful every time we picked up our orders. We were asked by our contractor to visit ProSource to pick out kitchen cabinets. We are building in another state so visited Bothell's store that was more local to our current living situation. Even though we were needing to work with another location, we were able to view all the options. Darice R. was extremely helpful in showing us the different price points and spent time helping us choose a floor covering. We are very grateful for her expertise and time in assisting us so we were not overwhelmed with the myriad of options. We found Darice professional and helpful!
