Priya and Sheila from MPT are amazing. Priya helped my sister recover after a stroke- as a physical therapist Priya always went above & beyond and gave personal attention. She would listen and modify exercises based on feedback and preferences /give homework etc. Loved her friendly, positive, patient-first attitude. Sheila made scheduling appointments and all the other processes feel so easy and she’d actually return calls every time (I reached out to 5 different places before finding MPT). I have been using movement physical therapy for multiple issues, most recently over the last 4 months. The therapists (including my current therapist, Priya) listen well, then evaluate and set expectations that it will take some time to see improvement as we first focus on re-establishing the range of motion. Then move on to strengthening to avoid recurrence of issues. Furthermore they are flexible and are willing to deal with additional issues as they come up. Therefore I highly recommend.
What I appreciate about MPT is not just its easy accessibility from my house, but also their customer service. It's the little things - like actually returning my calls - that make me feel valued as a client. This gives me confidence that they genuinely care.Additionally, having a text message reminder for my appointments is helpful. My sessions with my OT are a lifeline, and I wouldn't want to miss them. He takes a holistic approach to my treatment. His extensive skills, techniques, and knowledge have been instrumental in managing my condition. Thank you, Akim!
