IRG Physical & Hand Therapy - Bothell

I love this place. I injured my thumb and had surgery. 9 weeks post op and IRG has my thumb moving again. From office staff making appointments easy for me to Gina the OT who is caring and kind. The picture below has to be my favorite machine. I know going to IRG will continue to give me more range of motion. It’s a very nice relaxing place for me.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about IRG and Sarah! From the very first session, she made me feel comfortable and truly cared for. Her knowledge, patience, and gentle approach have made such a difference in my recovery. She explains everything clearly, encourages progress without ever pushing too hard, and celebrates even the small victories with me. My wrist has improved so much, and I honestly look forward to each visit. A truly kind and gifted therapist!

I went to IRG Hand Therapy because of an injury to my right hand from over use. I’m a photographer and I was having trouble with my index finger joint and the pain could be excruciating! After going to the Bothell office for about two months, and learning how to tape my hand, the pain was gone, and I Had full range of motion. Thank you, IRG!
