About French Nail
French Nail is a nail salon that offers manicures and pedicures. The salon is consistently clean and has a quiet, upscale atmosphere with soft lighting and music. The pedicure chairs are located at the rear entrance that opens to a shared parking lot, while the manicure stations and a nail drying station are at the entrance facing Main Street. They have a well-organized nail wall of polish, with estheticians wiping down the top of each bottle after use. The services at French Nail are inclusive of tax, with a basic manicure costing $20 without tip. They offer punch cards and accept all forms of payment. The salon has plexiglass screens that separate the customer from the esthetician, and most estheticians continue to wear masks. While the pedicure polish can be hit-or-miss, and the salon may not always take off calluses properly or ask about the type of manicure or pedicure the customer wants, some customers have had excellent experiences with specific estheticians like Grace, who provides careful cuticle trimming and beautiful gel manicures that last for two weeks before starting to show signs of wear. The owner is also noted for being sweet and making other nail salons seem cheap while still being affordable. In summary, French Nail is a clean and organized nail salon that offers affordable services with varying levels of quality. Customers may have different experiences depending on the esthetician, and it is recommended to request specific services and clarify pricing upfront. Some customers have had excellent experiences with certain estheticians and recommend them highly.
French Nail saved me 😭
I had gotten my nails done somewhere else and they did not do a good job. I went to French Nail they got me in right away and she did an amazing job and did my nails exactly how I wanted. These are my wedding nails and I love them!
Noelle was very sweet and welcoming. the thing that keeps me from getting my nails done the most is sitting for a long period of time, but Noelle was quick and did a great job! thank you! i will definitely be back :)
On a mission to find a great nail salon since moving here and can't recommend them as your go to spot, but it's ok if you need a place that isn't busy and can schedule you in at last minute. Pros: - consistently clean salon - quiet, upscale atmosphere, soft lighting and music - half of the time, my pedicures had polish that lasted more than 1 month - my first and only gel manicure there so far came out beautifully. I think the technicians name is Grace. She was super careful with trimming cuticles as well. The gel manicure lasted for 2 weeks before starting to chip/show signs of wear Cons: - they NEVER take off calluses properly. They try to roughy and randomly remove calluses in areas where there are no calluses (like the arch of my foot where it's sensitive!) and won't take time to remove calluses on heal area that is actually there. On the 3rd and 4th visits, I would point this out to them, but they still did a mediocre job at best. - they never ask you which type of manicure or pedicure you want and just rush you in and start working on you. I never know which price is associated w which service because they don't ask which service I want. I think they just go in doing the bare minimum unless you ask to upgrade. - pedicure nail polish is hit/miss. The last time I went; the lady was kinda rude and cranky and did a terrible job. I asked her to fix the nail polish on my big toe because it was lumpy/uneven and she didn't even acknowledge me and then just roughly slathered on more nail polish to cover it up. Because of this experience, I'm now looking for a new salon. The only time I'll be coming back is if Grace is available.
