Fox Plumbing did a ton of work for us the last few months. We had to re-pipe our entire house, as well as renovate 2 full bathrooms. We had a tricky time at first with a plumber who no longer works there , but Fox totally made up for it with excellence response, TWO new plumbers and amazing customers service. Huge thanks to Corey and Sean at Fox!
I called Fox P & H because I had water on the floor by my downstairs toilet. They were very responsive and sent someone out the same morning. The plumber said we needed to install a new wax ring as well as snake the toilet blockage as well. His estimate was $1000 because he had to remove & reinstall the toilet. No wanting crap on our floors, I agreed. He removed the toilet and ran the snake both ways, and installed the toilet with a new wax ring. The toilet flushed three times perfectly but the fourth time it did not flush. He said the problem was that our toilet was old (12 years) and needed to ve replaced. Our fridge died just days before Thanksgiving and the appliance repair person discovered the ice maker hose was old and fragile, so the act of pulling the fridge out caused breakage and leaking on both ends of the hose. Since the valve on the wall side was broken too, we needed a plumber fast because leaving the main water shutoff off wasn't an option either. My usual plumbing options did not have anyone available right away and Fox was recommended as an alternative. Luckily Sean was able to come out the same day.Sean arrived shortly after my SOS call. He was polite, efficient, and personable. He quickly and quietly fixed the leaks to avoid waking my 21 month old son...read full review
