My driver was very nice and professional. He was on time at my house waiting even before I got there. I hope he gets to receive this feedback because its hard to find good quality people and service. Thank you for your help!

The tow driver, “Jack” showed up right on time. He did all his hookups after lifting car on the truck finishing with a safety inspection. Car arrived at location incident free. If I ever need a tow in the Puget Sound, I’m calling Dick’s Towing. Ask about Military discount.

I didn’t catch the name of the driver and it wasn’t included on the invoice at all but, I just wanted to thank him as he was the literal nicest person to me today, in the midst of all the other angry folks that were “put out” by my car breaking down. So, thank you!
