Dick's Towing Inc. is known for its great communication and superb customer service. Dispatchers and drivers keep customers informed throughout the process, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. Drivers are courteous, professional, and prompt, arriving on time and being very helpful and understanding. The tow vehicle and equipment was clean as well. Not a fun experience but Dick’s Towing made a bad day less terrible, providing awesome and knowledgeable service. Additionally, the company's prices are competitive, making it a reliable and affordable choice for towing services.
Called this morning at 530 am keys locked in my vehicle while running, by 605 my vehicle was unlocked, tim was excellent and took care of me in a timely manner. The dispatcher was easy to deal with as well thank you for your services!
My truck was stolen on 10/15 and recovered by shorline Police 10/16 but not drivable i called dicks towing and they sent out Dennis to town my truck that mind you had one wheel off completely it was past midnight almost 1am and he got it on a flat bed and to a safe place for me with kind friendly helpful and caring service! He deserves this 5 star review! And then more i wish i would have had more to tip him because he deserved more than i was able to offer. I would highly recommend dicks towing specifically because of Dennis!
