We have been going to Banfield for about 3 years now, and have been impressed. As lifetime pet owners, we were looking for a veterinary clinic that felt like home.
We recently had to put our good boy down, and the care that they showed was above and beyond. Along with the urn with his ashes, we received a paw prints on paper and in a cast. There was also a card, with messages from the many people who had worked with our Gunnar.
It was amazing. ♥
Have been taking our dog Luna to the Bothell location to get care. Vets and team were knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Great communications through the process and very reasonable wait times.
