We use this laundromat to wash heavy linens or big loads that would typically take hours at home. Not sure what expectations others have from doing business at a public laundromat, but this place is is just that. It’s a business. It’s public. And as long as you abide the business owners hours and clean up after yourself, there should not be any issues. People causally disregard rules about cleanliness and don’t pick up after themselves. Or disregard the business hours and expect the people there to not say anything. They clearly state 7:30pm as the cutoff time to start a wash load and folks come in at 7:34, 7:36, 7:40….it’s rude. This place was pretty nice they have a decent amount of different size laundry machines which hold different size loads and cost accordingly. They take coins and they take credit cards or debit cards, and they have a change machine. The people that own the place are of oriental descent so the gentleman has a little difficulty with English but the lady that works there speaks good English. The only issue I ever had while I was there was when I pulled one of my sheets out and brought it home and put it on the bed there were cuts in it so there was something inside one of the dryers that cut my sheets up and I didn't realize it until it was already on my bed. We went here once to wash towels. The facility is clean in general. However the washer could be maintained better. There were old residual detergent etc which was lying in detergent compartment
