Said he would send a quote the same day, never got it. Followed up later, but no response at all. Would have been ok to say not interested after all, but waiting for a response that never came delayed my project.

I am a general contractor that was referred to Adam's Flooring from another contractor. I had a previous sub who did a horrible job on a client's flooring and it was failing. Adam was very easy to work with and exceeded all expectations. They did a full evaluation and repaired the floor with a high level of quality. They fit me in to meet the tight timeline that I had and it was under the original bid. My clients were very happy. I will definitely use them again.

We were going through a kitchen remodel and ran into a flooring issue with our laminate. The underlayment was patchy and not level due to the previous peninsula. I was in over my head for a DIY project. The kitchen cabinets were being installed in less than 24 hours and I was about to reschedule but thought I'd reach out for help. Adam was at our house within a couple hours for a quote and came back the very next morning. He and 2 employees had the laminate floor out and sub floor leveled in less than 2 hours and in time for the cabinet installers!!! He came back a couple days later and installed the flooring.
