Shannon was great with my very wiggly 4 year old boy. He’s a difficult kid to get to sit still and she was patient and firm with him. It helped a lot that they had a special “wand” for him to hold and focus on so his hair cut could be finished without any hiccups. His hair looks much better and I’m happy with it. Thank you!
The MVP is great. Jovie did a great job on my hair. She was meticulous and paid attention to exactly what I wanted. I enjoyed that I didn't feel rushed and that my haircut came out exactly how I wanted it.
We normally go to the Maple Valley location but had things to do in Bonney Lake.

We got our 2 boys cut, 3 & 1.
I had our 1 year old and my husband had our 3 year old. Our 3 year old is partially deaf and is very sensitive with certain sounds and pitches.
All of a sudden I hear her singing to him and offering him toys to keep him calm. By far best he has ever done for a cut.
And who had our 1 year old did an amazing job as well!
