Got a bad haircut here. Fade was non existent, neck wasn't trimmed and fad line was crooked. I asked the girl to fix, she tried but it didn't get better so I left. I called customer service and no one ever got back. Called the store and head stylist April was friendly and did a good job fixing it. She handled it well but management didn't seem to really care too much. Sports clips has lost me as a client. Thank you April though for fixing it and the great customer service

Update- 10-20-2023- Just had my hair cut by April. Nice lady and worth seeing again....if David isn't there, which is why she did my cut today. Seriously though, she's awesome!Update 9-10-2023- Another great cut from David!Update 7-16-2023- I just received a haircut and beard trim from David. Excellent job. He nailed it!Update 6-12-20- Welcome back Sport Clips! Just had my first haircut since January and it is awesome. I can't say enough about this place. I went in wanting something different then my usual finger length on top and 3 on the sides. Nikki did an excellent job cutting my hair and knew exactly what I wanted. She was also very nice and social.Service: Haircut
