John and his granddaughter were wonderful to work with! John was very thorough and knowledgeable about any issues that were found during our home inspection. He was also very honest about was should be repaired and what was more minor and cosmetic. Overall I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a home inspection!

John is awesome! He was very thorough but also very informative. I am new to home buying and trying to buy an older home. John showed me areas of concern, explained why they were a concern, how to fix them and how difficult of a fix they would be. Highly recommend and plan to use his services again in the future!
