I was greeted by a friendly and punctual assistant very close to my scheduled appointment time. Once we saw the vet, we knew we had come to the place we have always counted on for expert care and advise. She was courteous, knowledgeable and precise with my dog’s knee joint assessment and future care instructions. I found her to be respectful and genuinely interested in our conversation so I never felt rushed. The office area has changed their intake process and layout for the better too. It’s safer for pets and people alike and much brighter and inviting.
I called Lake Tapps Vet early this week and they were able to see her that same day. She had serious constipation issues and was lethargic and anti-social. LTV remedied the problem within 24 hours and she's back to her old self! I'm so appreciative that they responded so quickly and professionally. I've been taking my cats to this clinic for at least 20 years, and they've always been great. Highly recommended!
Friendly and listened gave several choices to resolve problem and most of all the bill was very reasonable. Vet loved my dog and sat on the floor with him. Assistant was not so friendly with dogs but no big deal.
