“When I first started with Dr. Ludwig about 2 months ago, my neck and back we're so tight, I struggled with rolling over on my own, I struggled with sitting up on my own, and couldn't stand for longer than about 15 minutes without my back, and shoulders spasming in pain. I couldn't touch my chin to either shoulder, and was just generally miserable.
