I just realized I don’t know the name of the man who owns this shop, but he does very good and honest work! I have a vintage LV neverfull that needed some extra love and care on the straps. You can see that they are fraying and losing the seal where it meets the lip of the bag. I don’t know what he did, but the straps look 10x better and the life of the straps are extended! So happy with the result! See the photos for the before and after!

Have used several times and he always does a great job for a very reasonable price! This last time he replaced the tongue of a hiking boot that my dog ate 🐩. I didn’t expect it to match as closely as it did, down to the logo!

Although it was spendy, he took care of my 20+ year old birkenstocks and he did an excellent job. I will definitely come back. No photos as I didnt take a before but they were water damaged and the cork was starting to crumble. He replaced the footbed with an authentic birkenstocks footbed and replaced the sole and cleaned them up and polished them so nice, they look like brand new birkenstocks. Very well done.
