Starting Pilates private sessions with Colleen is one of the best things I’ve done for myself in a very long time! My posture and physique have improved considerably under her tutelage and I feel better! My condition was not very good and still needs improvement but Colleen has been very patient and encouraging. I would enthusiastically recommend!!
