Used Dimax for AC retrofit. Found Sergey to be great to work with, he is straight forward and efficient. Worked with me on configurations and cost. On install day they arrived right on time and had it up and running and areas cleaned well before dinner time. From start to finish everything went smooth and I will use again when my furnace kicks the bucket.
During covid, when it was difficult to find repair help, the company we had used for 25+ years could not come out and fix the thermostat for weeks, when we had company coming from overseas in a couple days. DIMAX came right out, and spent time to figure out our dinosaur of a heat pump, checked and fixed the thermostat. When it came time to replace the system, I got not only a reasonable estimate, but explained the methods they would use to make the system much more efficient. Always responsive and very professional, during the winter storm our furnace gave out, we called DiMax and they attended us right away and made it possible to have a new furnace installed asap, even during winter conditions which is very much appreciated! We also got our HVAC from DiMax and has been working beautifully for the hot summers! We highly recommend DiMax!Thank you for your service!
