“There were a couple of work orders the apartment manager wanted professional help with. John was great! On time, thorough, experienced and easygoing. While he deferred attic evaluation and repairs to the apartment maintenance crew, he was able to get the bath fan working at the wall switch. It was the first time I’ve seen the switch working. If it continues to operate, he believed it may help the continuous airflow failure (by the TP square test) at the vent updraft. We are very grateful he tried to repair connections on the wall electrical box. On a separate issue, John showed us why it would be too costly a repair. As it happens, and remarkably, when John arrived the problem had resolved to a usable state. He explained that weather changes, continued foundation settling and fixed building materials in the construction could continue to make changes to this problem. John demonstrated capability and foresight. He would be fantastic on a walk through for folks looking to buy a new home. I would hire him!“

He and his team built a lovely fence, added a trellis top, built a short retaining wall, added rock, gravel and soil so that the corner would drain well and could be planted.
