I really don't think anyone looks at or cares about these reviews From The Clinic! I have been a patient since 2007. I love this clinic's people and nurses and doctors. They do the best they can with what they have, but RECENT switching of doctors and CALL CENTER WAIT TIMES, is just UNEXCUSABLE! The minute I was assigned a New Doctor because my doctor suddenly "left", she wanted to switch up and mess with all my medications WITHOUT EVEN SEEING ME ONCE! I got a letter! THEN, after seeing her once, I am informed she it's leaving in 3 weeks! So, let's mess with my meds, we did and I "went along with it", now, I have no idea who MY doctor is!I pay the same...read full review

Came in with a severe, week long toothache after already having had 2 pulpotomys and could no longer eat or sleep. She booked me for over a month away with "nothing they can do about it". They expect me to wait a month. Going to the ER to see if they can help, if not I'm just going to pull it myself. These guys don't want to help, they only want money.Editing my review, however leaving the original text. Later the same day I got a call from a man apologizing about the situation, and he helped me get an appointment for 9:45 Monday, instead of over a month away. Met Tami at a local hiring fair and was very impressed with her professionalism and the quality of administration at Unity Care NW. Had a great interaction overall and will absolutely recommend my friends/family in healthcare to apply!
