From start to finish my experience here was wonderful!When I called to schedule the appointment I told Robin I had a “hair project” as my hair was a bit of a disaster after some processing at another Bellingham Salon.Robin was so sweet on the phone- she made me feel heard and I already had a good feeling.When I arrived early the next morning Donna greeted me with such a warm and inviting personality. She listened as I explained the what happened and she came up with a game plan to start repairing my ruined hair! Donna and Robin have both cut my hair, and they're both fantastic hair stylists!! I would recommend this salon to anyone looking to set the "reset" button for their hair. They are both lovely to chat with and really care about what you're looking for in a cut. The products they use are professional and smell amazing!
