From start to finish my experience here was wonderful!When I called to schedule the appointment I told Robin I had a “hair project” as my hair was a bit of a disaster after some processing at another Bellingham Salon.Robin was so sweet on the phone- she made me feel heard and I already had a good feeling.When I arrived early the next morning Donna greeted me with such a warm and inviting personality. She listened as I explained the what happened and she came up with a game plan to start repairing my ruined hair!
