Took my 10month puppy there for his first real haircut ,I was pretty nervous but Rachel was really comforting and did only what he was comfortable with to make it a good experience for him.

We take our two Aussies here every four weeks for grooming and I can't express my gratitude enough. They've been getting groomed every month since they were 8 weeks old and always loved our groomer back in Wisconsin and never had any fear. However when we moved to Washington we took them to a groomer that came "highly rated" and after only a few grooming sessions my little boy would do everything to stay in the car and not get groomed. He would be shaking and terrified and curl up in the corner of the vehicle. I get my Golden Retriever groomed here and they do a wonderful job! I always get the de-shed treatment and it's amazing how much it helps with shedding. The price was very reasonable as well. The staff are so welcoming and awesome! Highly reccomend.
