Kyle was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions ... there were many! He was conscientious and hardworking. While I haven't climbed up in my attic, I know he was up in the attic for several hours getting the proper applications applied. I like the idea that there is a 10 year guarantee! We had a bit of an overspray issue but Kyle worked hard to tidy up the space.

Gave him $700 cash for mold tests he recommended to be done. Said he couldn't give us a receipt right then, it had to be emailed. No receipt, no results & won't return phone calls. Month & a half later, nothing.
