I called in a panic because my my bike was locked to my bike rack just before Memorial Day weekend, and the key would not turn. He took the time to give me some detailed instructions on what to try before he came out, and I was able to take care of it myself. Will definitely use Key West next time I need a locksmith!

We needed 3 deadbolts installed while we were away and were having trouble getting the install coordinated with other locksmiths. Greg with KeyWest made the install process so easy for us! He was confident that he could help and do the job easily. And he delivered! Serviced our house the next day without us having to do really anything and he just made the process for me much easier than I expected. Super friendly too! I'll call him for any lock issues I have in the future.

They were recommended to me as I was locked out of my house and I called and unfortunately they were too busy to get up there but he talk to me on the phone and asked what kind of lock I had and what type of home and such and talk to me through a trick, an open my door without having to call anybody else. Fantastic customer service and will refer them from now on!
