I have hired Herboth Remodeling for multiple jobs small and large and have never been disappointed. Matt is easy to communicate with, his work is high quality, and his pricing is fair. He puts just as much effort into a half day project as he does into a three week one. I trust him so much that these days I often don't bother to get a second estimate. I trust Matt and know he isn't trying to overcharge or pull a fast one.

I needed someone to come and figure out why the floor underneath the toilet was making a "cracking" sound. I called Matt Herboth after hours, on a Friday evening. He was gracious enough to talk to me about the possible issues, rather than telling me to call back on Monday, and agreed to stop by the following week for a "consultation", which he said would be $60. I agreed to it, even though I wondered why there should be a fee to come out and look at the situation.
