If I could leave negative stars…I WOULD! These people are the definition of PROFIT over people. In order to voice any concern about your rental you risk retaliation and eviction from these “landlords”. They are willing to allow for unsafe and unsanitary living circumstances with zero willingness to remedy such. This is all while planning, behind closed doors, to “increase value” with “substantial renovations” that require tenants to evacuate. All in all, don’t rent from these people. There is simply too much uncertainty for you as a renter and the landlords sketchy financial decisions are likely to inconvenience you in the long run.

Slumlords of Bellingham they are. They have lied in multiple occasions just to try and get the most money possible. Cutting corners to save money on their end. I would not recommend their homes or moving services
