Today was the first time we used Geek Squad services and it was a fabulous experience. Great customer service and they really know their stuff! We had to wait 3 weeks but that wasn’t their fault and it was well worth the wait. We even called them with a follow up question after they left and they came back and fixed it for us. Very happy with Geek Squad.
This is directly focused on the Bellingham Geek Squad Car Audio section of Best Buy. Amazing team willing to take the time to identify and troubleshoot issues during installation.Definitely suggest physically speaking to one of the assigned car-installation specialists. When attempting to contact a Best Buy store or section with the new telephone automated servicing center, you will loose your mind. I recently upgraded my old desktop at Best Buy in Bellingham WA. Their Geek Squad transferred the data very effectively. They were polite, helpful and answered the many questions my wife and I had very patiently. I had to bring in the new computer in for a minor adjustment which they took care of promptly.
