I wish I had a better experience as they were referred to me.
After our last communion in April 2025, I have called, emailed, used the portal, and left voicemails. I have never heard back from Fred or Tyler. I even received the link to send the current tax info, when they won't even answer me about the prior years. Now I'm worried I'll have a bigger mess to clean up now.
If you didn't want me as a client or needed to charge more, I prefer communication and not a shut out.
After trying all the options we could think of in TurboTax to decrease the amount of money we would owe the IRS this year, my wife and I decided it would be a good idea to seek professional help. Fred helped us identify several thousands of dollars of expenses -- some new and some that could be classified better in other categories -- that brought our tax liability down to a quarter of what we thought we'd have to pay. We're ever so grateful for his services!
Fred and his staff do so much great work for us. They manage all of our business expenses every month and keep all of our taxes in order. We had used numerous other accountants that had gotten us off track and Fred did a great job sorting everything out. We have referred many clients to them and they are very accommodating.
