I wanted to upgrade my laptops hard drive, they made it very easy. I just brought my laptop in and they told me what would work and it was ready the next day. He also cleaned up the inside of the computer which they totally didn't have to do. Very happy.
I am super, super happy after bringing my computer to Express Computer Care today. I was at first attracted by the business name. I needed express care, not one of those places that wants you to leave your computer there for 2-3 weeks. Who can do that? So I read up on these reviews and got a really good feeling for this place. And I was right. I took my computer in, he diagnosed it while I waited and then repaired it within a couple of hours, calling me back right when he said he would. I am so happy, it works like a dream now. I had been getting the dreaded blue screen of death, and he restored the computer so it's working better than it ever was, and saved all of my data. His prices were super reasonable. He's not jacking up his prices like everyone else these days. I was also impressed at all the other customers who were coming through who acted as if they knew him and had been dealing with him for years. I wasn't surprised though.
