First, he quoted very reasonable price when others were jacking up prices in response to high demand due to expiring incentives. Having talked to others, this was a very big plus to me.

Second, everything was done really professionally, the solar panels are high quality made nearby (important to us), installed in a clean and aesthetic fashion and in a very thorough and understated manner. So, while the price was much better than the alternatives, the delivery was as good and as professional as I could ask for.

Finally, the panels are well installed and are functionaling very well. But, we had an issue with the app. By the time we noticed it, it was well past the installation - but Brad was very responsive and worked with Enphase to sort it out. No extra charge - and very satisfying post-installation service. I wish the other contractors we hire are half as good.
