The employee at Elite on the phone quoted me the cost to have someone come out, which was more reasonable than another place I've used in the past, but had to check the schedule. While talking she asked a few questions which actually inspired me to keep troubleshooting myself. After having swapped a dimmer pack, I finally figured out the original back can was intermittent. I was able to get a replacement can installed that afternoon and now all my buggy light issues are gone. While Elite did not come out and do physical work for me this time, the quality of the phone care saved me an electrician visit, and their quote for the hour was better than another place I called so I will likely try them next time.“
