Better than the Geek Squad!
I called Angelo to help me recover data from m crashed external drive after finding out that Best Buy couldn't get me an appointment until 8 hours (!) later and an hour away in Marysville. Angelo saw me immediately.
After I dropped off my drive (and met Ringo, his four-legged helper), Angelo was incredibly communicative, sending me regular images and updates on the tests he was running and any progress he was making.
Though he ultimately wasn't able to recover my data that day, he did refer me to a service that'll be able to help me. So all in all, I can attest to the fact of Angelo's responsiveness, knowledge, and stick-to-it-iveness.
