I had a piercing that wasn’t done here and needed help removing it, but that didn’t stop the amazing staff from being incredibly kind, professional, and quick to help. They went out of their way to assist me and didn’t even charge for it, which I truly appreciated.
Because of their generosity, great service and cleanliness I’ll definitely plan on coming back here for future piercings and my next tattoo!
Chameleon is now under new ownership and you can tell that the vibe and employees are thriving! Shoutout to Mark Keller, senior tattoo artist, who always does amazing work and has great energy. The piercing team is amazing, Ember did my septum and mantis piercings and is always kind and patient and great at working with challenging anatomy like my majorly crooked nose. Laura, the piercing apprentice, had the smoothest jewelry transfer in my new lobe piercings that I’ve ever had.
Just had the best customer service experience of my life- needed to get in for a jewelry change because my nipple piercing was acting up & the front desk lady was so kind & was able to get me an appointment sooner rather than later. Really appreciate it!
