This is the worst place to get your eyebrows threaded, I asked the woman to just clean them up and to not make them thin because I have already thin eyebrows and then she threads them so thin. Y'all better fire her she's so bad at what she does.

What a disaster!! It's as if Iqbal wanted to punish my face. I simply asked for her to clean up my brows. I loved the shape prior but lost my tweezers so decided to have them threaded. Now I have uneven brows with an unsightly bald spot (which I was told were little hairs - LIES!). She pushed so hard on my face that I was in more pain than normal. She had a personal call on hold - maybe that's why she was rushed and rude af!! My son was with me and warned that she can be rude but I like to give people a chance. BAD DECISION!! I'll never return - I'll go to my first choice Newlook which is 1/2 the price and much better service/results. Please don't tell me that you usually give good service because I know that isn't the case!! Iqbal has a record of unkindness/unskilled work - you will continue to lose clients if this isn't addressed.

One thousand percent destroyed my eyebrows, I literally cried...like public cried. I have such big thick eyebrows, its literally my thing, and I thought oh I'll get them cleaned up just a tad. I was so vocal about zero arch, just cleaned up where my eyebrows grow into my baby hair and on the eye lid. She massacred them and I have no eyebrows. I could have destroyed that whole booth but I left.
