I’ve came here a couple of times for certain reasons (large blankets, dog bed covers). It took a minute to learn the machines and how the pay works, but have told my girlfriend to go here when she’s in town. Really friendly staff and efficient service.
This laundry mat is awesome! I travel for work and this is one of the best laundry mats I’ve been to in the U.S. Ask for Jennifer anytime you’re here and you’ll feel right at home. She greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and explained everything to me and was the most helpful person. Even watched my luggage as I went to the Trader Joe’s next door. Saying she’s a blessing in disguise is an absolute understatement. Thank you Jennifer and Brio laundry for the excellent service and experience. My favorite laundromat spot and probably the best one in town - yea it's pricey , but they're very clean, can fit a lot of clothes, and the staff is friendly! They have so manyyyy washing machines/dryers. Please note that they do close early (7:45pm last wash). Worth a try.
