I was referred by my doctor to see Dr. Brian Hoyt regarding my hair loss and scalp conditions. Before my 1st appointment, I checked out their website, and was impressed not only that Dr. Hoyt was both a board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist, but also with the clinic’s story and mission statement, “Treating patients like family.” They certainly lived up to their mission statement!I’ve now had several appointments at the clinic, and have nothing but high praise for all the staff members. Very pleasant and professional office. Dr Hoyt provided a thorough examination and answered all of my questions. I am a new resident of Bellingham and am glad to have found this office to continue my annual skin checkups.

Dr. Brian Hoyt turned out to be a Godsend for me. I could not get an appointment with a dermatologist in Bellingham in a timely manner when I had what I thought was a boil on my calf. I am a stage 4 lung cancer survivor and was getting very scared of this ugly and painful growth that would not heal. I was given Dr. Hoyt's contact information from a skin cancer office that could not fit me in, and when I called Bayside and explained my circumstances, I was seen the next day. Dr. Hoyt did a biopsy to confirm his suspicion and I was diagnosed with a Squamish Cell Carcinoma.
