Bal driving school is the best in bellingham Bal and his wife are very friendly and accommodating to your schedule I was able to take my written and my drive the next day. On the drive with Bal it was super laid back like you were riding in the car with your friend and at the same time was a very knowledgeable instructor I definitely will recommend people go there to do their testing or any courses you need i know exactly where im going to send my daughter when she is old enough to learn to drive and take drivers ed Thank you for the experience 🙏
