Azucar Morena Sugaring is tucked away in quiet stripmall at Salon Oui. Good parking, clean salon, loved the products used during my sugaring service! Jasmine was attentive to my direction and requests, plus we had a great chat. I was thankful to book an appointment spontaneously during a friends Bachelorette weekend in Whatcom County! Such a nice change of pace from bigger salons in Seattle. I will be back!
