I talked to Ian of Atlas Woodworks, LLC intermittently for many months prior to having him install a custom fir front door on our late 1800's house. He knew we wanted it to fit with the older cottage style home we have. He was able to make up a colored stain that is somewhere between our fir floors and the 100+ year old fir rough cut 2" by12" accent wall we have. The door absolutely turned out beautiful. Ian pre hung the door in his shop which I'm sure was no easy feat since he had to manufacture an arched top for the rounded door we purchased. Ian and his helper Adam, worked over a 5-day period to demo the old door and install new door, fill nail holes, and paint etc. Ian is a true woodworking artisan and perfectionist. We couldn't be more happy with the finished product and would highly recommend Ian(Atlas Woodworks) to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.Services: Installation
