“Brian arrived at the appointed time. He was polite, kind and friendly. He explained all the work he was completing and why it was necessary. He completed the work in a timely manner, picked up and reset everything he had needed to move and gave us a recap of the work along with suggestions on how to keep everything in working order. It’s nice to have workers come into your home who are as polite and hard working as Brian.”
“Shannon and Ricky are like electrical detectives. They worked diligently to uncover and redo every electrical issue we requested. The job was completed in a timely manner and cleanup excellent. Thanks”
“Z Construction, led by Perry Zender, provided outstanding service during our home interior update, which included all bathrooms and opening the kitchen, family room, and dining area into an open concept with larger windows and a redesigned fireplace and entertainment center. Perry guided us through every stage, recommending design experts and coordinating vendors for cabinets, quartzite/quartz/tile, flooring, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting. The team collaborated well with our designer and each other and accommodated us living and working from home by installing temporary walls and carefully staging the work. The new open concept has truly transformed our living space, making it brighter and far more welcoming for both our family and guests. The redesigned fireplace serves as a stunning focal point that we enjoy every day, adding warmth and style to our home.”
