“Raman and team did a series of medium-sized sorely needed projects for us, including new rooftop deck with corrected slope and waterproofing, new tongue and groove cedar front porch and proper weatherproofing, and basically a rebuild and re-roof of our front porch soffit/roof.

The entire process from initial contact and estimate to final walkthrough and change order review was excellent. Their price estimates were very competitive and Raman is deeply outcome focused, ensuring the end result is what we discussed and expected, all in a timely manner. Final price was right in line with expectations and change orders!

The team was exceptionally hard working and innovative in terms of working with the weather for a particular product like gaco waterproofing. The team was also excellent at identifying and walking us through found issues like additional rot, hard to match materials, etc, resulting in no surprises or upsets.
