Overall a concerning experience. The hair washing technique was overly aggressive, causing scalp pain and hair pulling. The dye used had no visible packaging or brand information, raising concerns about product safety. I later developed an allergic reaction on areas of my face that came into contact with my hair, possibly related to the products used. I would advise caution.

Went to the Federal Way branch - the lady made us wait for an hour, only to tell us afterward that we needed to make an appointment for the next day. She could have mentioned that upfront but didn’t seem to care. Not happy with how they handle customers.

Erin is amazing! She cut my hair before and gave me the perfect style for my face shape. This time I came in for a perm and she nailed it again. The results are gorgeous and save me so much time every morning. Highly recommend Erin if you’re looking for someone who truly knows what she’s doing! 我推薦她,她真的很棒!

Ms. Won gives great haircut. Communication can be difficult if you don't speak Korean but the haircut she gives is absolutely worth your time and money.

1st time at Salon, Mr Yu and staff are very kind. Mr Yu spend time to listen to what my concern and gives me his professional advice and I am pleased with the final result. Thanks Mr Yu.

Been coming here for a few years now after moving to Seattle. The hair cut prices have almost doubled since a few years ago, which is understood due to inflation. However, it is significantly more expensive now - from $30 or $35 to $60 now for a women's haircut. The service doesn't particularly stand out for being great or bad, just average. Perhaps it's different if you speak fluent Korean due to the language barrier. The one thing that was odd to me though is that they ask you to tip. I paid with a credit card and was asked to fill out the tip line by the receptionist. I had a haircut with the owner so I usually don't tip when the owner is doing the service.
