I'm a asian guy with long wavy hair. I showed 3 pictures of an old haircut that I liked, showing all important angles needed to get a full picture. The result was far, far, far from what I had initially showed her. There's also a chunk of hair missing in the back right side of my head and is uneven. Based on the result alone, I would give a 0 star, but I guess she "tried". I wish she had just told me she did not know how to cut my hair type and declined to cut it. The result is truly horrendous compared to the exact pictures (of myself) that I had showed.Edit: Revising rating after owner reached out to address issue

Not only does Thao cut my hair better than anyone else, but she goes above and beyond to help when she doesn't need to. I had an important event and didn't book far enough ahead of time to get a slot, but she took time out of her busy schedule to fit me in after her normal business hours.
