Sent referral as requested. No one ever got back to me and each time I called they said the referral was in review. Today I called and they said they had referral, but none of the 3 doctors could be seen for over 3 months and the specific one I requested was not taking new patients. My initial call mentioned my son was on Summer break from college and only was in town for 3 months. Never at any point did they ever reach out to me, or make a note of that after 3 separate phone calls. Now we have to start over with a different practice. Not UW standards.

If you like seeing a doctor who is late for your appointment, leaves midway through your appointment saying she’ll be right back because she has to go check on another patient, is dismissive, doesn’t listen, tells you what you’re experiencing is all in your head and refuses to offer any solutions or look further into the issues you’re experiencing... then Dr. Lang is the doctor for you. My appointment with Dr. Lang was hands down the worst experience I’ve had meeting with a doctor and was a complete waste of time.
