Waiting 6 months for a service valve. My unit hasn’t worked since it was installed. Now Trane doesn’t respond. I’ve spent $8,000 in the last 2 years in repairs and my heat pump still doesn’t work. My gas bill jumped 191% over the previous year. Where is the warranty and service for my heat pump? They’re nowhere to be found. Keep saying the part will be in in 5 days, been over 6 months now. Scam company, don’t support them.

Never answers the phone, never returns call, stuck up and self centered employees, don't provide technicians with proper information or documentation. Overall Trane is bad to work with but the Belview office is the worst, sadly for commercial you have to talk to them and I have never got a response within the same day.

Terrible company has no respect for there employees what so ever and they have major favoritism and throw people under the bus and the HR department will stab you in the back and it's the worst branch and contractor in Washington state
