The management team is exceptional — always kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. The maintenance staff is also wonderful and reliable, which made living here even more comfortable.

Borgata would get 10 stars from me if possible. We moved in around April this year (super fast, thanks to Hal!) and we have been loving it. Maintenance is always speedy if needed (shoutout to Noel), the neighbors are all wonderful & the area is amazing. This building is right across from the Bellevue Downtown Park and in the heart of downtown Bellevue, so there is always something fun to do or a place to take a nice walk to! The office staff is super friendly and quick to resolve issues. If you're looking for a place, make sure to check this one out!
