I cannot stress enough how exceptional Jess / Grizzly Den are. From the very beginning she is very friendly and welcoming, instantly putting you at ease. As someone with somewhat unusual hair challenges Jess accommodated them without any issue. I’ve been to plenty of stylists over the years, but none compare to the precision, attention to detail, and genuine care shown here. Jess is amazing! I've been coming here to get my beard trimmed and haircut for a few years, and I can safely say that she's the best barber I've ever used. Service is friendly and professional while still feeling personal. I always feel better walking out than I did coming in.
I recently took my boyfriend to Jess for a haircut, and she is AMAZING!!! Jess was friendly, professional, and funny! She took the time to understand my boyfriend's desired style and gave helpful tips to keep the style at home. I would highly recommend Jess to anyone in need of a great haircut. She also lined up his beard too!! She is truly a talented stylist.
