First of all, the new receptionist is extraordinarily nice. She is the best receptionist I’ve encountered since I first started visiting this office over 10 years ago. In the past, some of the receptionists seemed like they didn’t really want to be there and could sometimes come across as rude.thats why I've never write comments at all.
The new receptionist, who speaks a second language, was so warm and welcoming that she truly made my day during my recent visit.
I also recently switched to Dr. Hong, and that has been game-changing for me as well. She is very professional, thorough, and genuinely empathetic toward her patients. I really appreciate that she
takes the time to listen and truly care about her patients, which I feel is different from many doctors who seem to focus mainly on the visit itself.
I’m very grateful to have found Dr. Hong and such a wonderful new receptionist. They have made my experience with this office so much better.

The Swedish 24/7 nurse line was great. They helped me get an appointment with Dr. Hong (Factoria Clinic) the next day to follow up on my illness. Dr. Hong was a wonderful person who listened with care and provided just the treatment I needed. My regular doctor, Dr. Dong, was not available but because I trust her so much, I was happy to meet her colleague. Now I have two great doctors at the Factoria clinic.

Check in was fast, no wait time. Nurse assistant was friendly and efficient. Dr Xue was professional , patient, listened , addressed my concerns, went over my prescriptions, ordered necessary blood tests, sent referral for further testing and procedures. Blood drawer was great, no pain and quick. Overall experience was wonderful.
