New patient for Primary Care with doctor Pamela Yung, MD. She is very knowledgeable! Excellent service with her today. You tell her what's going on, and she is on it right away. Best primary care doctor I have been to. Her communication is excellent. Highly recommend!
I spoke with receptionist named Cassidy who really went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me. They initially called to reschedule an appointment since my first was canceled. She was more than patient waiting for me to check my schedule, and allowing me to think/ ask questions and being very informative while generally being very accepting and aware of meeting my needs specifically with out judgement or drawing attention to it! I really also appreciated that we lost connection and she called back to check in even though we had nearly wrapped up our responses. I've been seeing my doctor at this location for years. The staff are very nice and my doctor is super awesome! I still see my doctor even though she is out of network with my insurance.
