If yall are going to close for lunch for an hour, can you please post it somewhere on your website so people don’t waste time coming? I was told I could walk in any time for a lab blood draw but I guess that’s not true.
I've been a patient here for over 10 years and have found the providers to be excellent. However, it takes 3-6 months to get in to see my doctor so I'm never able to get help with new issues, just with annual wellness visits. What really frustrates me though is that even though I can't see my doctor when I need to, because he is so busy, they are making him accept new patients. This is pure management ineptitude, or a really messed up set of goals. Whatever it is, it defeats the purpose of having a primary care physician.
UW Medicine is an imperfect medical institution, no dispute there. Hope they get some good investment and better organization but will accept them as is today.
My review is more about Dr Iman Majd who is the best doctor I’ve ever had and greatly appreciate each time he’s there to support me. He is the most grounded, exceptional listener, well educated (great education does not mean just having a doctorate and an ego to fit) with a well balanced education primary and supplementary.
